1.1 Applicant select the Registration button in the right top corner.
a) On the Login screen the applicant will select the "Sign Up" link.

1.2 Registration of the email address and company will be submitted to EMS Admin team for approval

1.3 Once the account has been approve the Applicant will receive an email with login details and the Applicant can complete the registration of the Company

If the registration is approved, the email sent to applicant will contain a system generated password which can be used together with the email address to login to the system, this password can be changed under “Manage my profile” at the top right corner after logging in

After logging in the user will have to complete their company details under “Companies” from the menu

The “Add new company“ button will only be visible when there is no company added otherwise the “edit company“ button will be visible

The user will then need to upload their company documents under documents tab which are checked by EMS Admin

On the Company List view, Click on the "0 Bases" this will take you to the Base, Base documents, Vehicle and Staff tabs.

Please complete as much information as possible to enable your application process

On the "My Application" tab on the right corner at the top the user can create the new applications.
All the information that was captured under Company, Base, Vehicle, Staff will show in the application process and the user need to select the relevant Base, Vehicles and Staff to submit the application.
